Dr. Dietz has comprehensive experience in domestic and international financings, including real estate finance, acquisition finance and asset finance as well as leasing (especially with regard to lease tail transactions, i.e. the restructuring of existing leasing portfolios).

He has particular expertise in the German law relating to security interests and the corporate law implications involved in finance transactions including restrictions caused by German capital maintenance rules.
